What you are buying

A place to write messages and have them delivered on a day you choose. The free account holds 3 messages for one person. Each paid plan is one payment, adds video, and does not renew. Starter is $4.99 for 5 messages for up to 3 people. Family is $29.99 for 40 messages for up to 5 people. Legacy is $99.00 for 200 messages for up to 10 people. Moving to a bigger plan costs the difference between the two prices. If you fill Legacy, more room is $29.00, also paid once.

What we will do

Keep what you write, and deliver it on the day you named. If you choose that a message waits until you are gone, we check in with you and deliver only after the people you named confirm it.

What you are responsible for

Keeping your email address current, because that is how we reach you, and making sure the addresses you give us are the right ones. We cannot deliver to an address that no longer exists, and we have no way of knowing that it does not.

What you may not put here

Anything unlawful, and anything that is not yours to send. We do not look at what you upload, so this is a rule rather than a filter, and an account used for that will be closed.

Refunds

If you change your mind within thirty days, ask us for a refund and we will refund the payment in full. Export your messages first.

If this ends

You can export everything at any time. What happens if this company stops operating is written out in full on its own page, because it is the question people actually want answered.
