If you change your mind within 30 days of paying, write to us and we refund the payment in full, on every paid plan. Download your keepsakes first.
If Forever Photo ever closes
You and every person you’ve written to get 90 days’ notice by email. The site stays open and the download keeps working for all of those 90 days. Any keepsake due inside that time is still delivered on its day.
Questions about paying
- Do I pay every year?
- No. Your first three keepsakes are free, and after that every plan is one payment, starting at $4.99. Nothing renews and there is no yearly bill.
- What if you go out of business?
- You can download your keepsakes, photographs and videos at any time, in a form that opens without Forever Photo, and we publish exactly what would happen to your keepsakes if this company ever stopped.
- What does the person I write to pay?
- Nothing. The person you write to gets an email with a link on the day you chose, and never signs up for anything or pays Forever Photo anything.
- Can I move up to a bigger plan later?
- Yes. Moving up costs the difference between the two prices, so nobody pays twice for the keepsakes already bought. Moving from Starter to Family costs $25.00.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes. Within 30 days of paying, write to us and we refund the payment in full, on every paid plan. Download your keepsakes first.
- What happens when my plan is full?
- The keepsakes already written stay scheduled. To write more, move up to a bigger plan. On Legacy, 50 more keepsakes cost $29.00, paid once.
