HereAfter AI is closing. Here’s how to get your recordings back.
HereAfter AI recorded people answering questions about their lives in their own voice. The company has posted a notice that it is shutting down.
What we could confirm
- hereafter.ai no longer loads. We checked on 23 September 2026.
- The closing notice told account holders to email support@hereafter.ai to ask for their recordings. There is no download button.
- No deadline and no refund policy were published with the notice.
The notice itself is gone. What it said comes from Afterlife AI, another company in this field, which copied it by hand and last checked it on 18 August 2026. afterlife.ai/hereafter-ai-shutting-down
If you or your parent recorded stories there
Email support@hereafter.ai today, from the email address on the account. Ask for every recording as an ordinary audio file you can save on your own computer. Don’t wait for a deadline, because none has been announced.
